About the Workshop:
April Meeting will be packed with excitement as we tour NORTHERN WATERS SMOKEHAUS and meet owner Eric
Goerdt as he shows us his new venture of cured meats and other delights he produces in his modern smoking operation
tucked under the Dewitt Seitz Marketplace. We will meet at Grandmas Saloon and Grill in the Sandbar at 6:00 pm. and
then walk over to the smokehouse for a tour. We will go back to the Sandbar after the tour for a short business meeting.
Don’t miss this local treasure that will be soon featured on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive inn’s and Dives show.
Also, Save the date for the May meeting of May 10th when we will have the State of MN Health Dept. give us an update
on the changes coming to the MN food code that will affect everyone. You won’t want to miss this meeting and bring other
chefs along to this informative session. |
