  title

The Arrowhead Professional Chefs Association is the Northeastern Minnesota/Northwestern Wisconsin chapter of the American Culinary Federation. The main goal is to promote the professional image of American chefs worldwide through education among culinarians at all levels, from apprentices to the most accomplished master chefs. The Arrowhead Professional Chefs serve the regional community by coordinating events to raise funds for area food shelves, educational development for our members, a scholarship program, and numerous other causes. The chapter was founded in 1976 with a few local Duluth chefs, and now 34 + years later, serves the entire region with a membership of about 50 professional chefs. For membership information, contact Arlene Coco Buscombe at 218-269-7979 or check our events page for the time and place of our next regular meeting.
